Love Mr. Roof! I’ve used them for two things so far and am scheduled to get my house siding done and windows. They did both my roofs and gutter systems. the sales people are so wonderful. The crew is exceptional and made sure they were considerate of my disabilities.

I was impressed with the 3D model of our home that gives you an idea of what shingle color and style will look the best on your home. Also, impressed by Eric who came to our home and gave us an impressive explanation of what their company will provide in the way of quality roofing materials and workmanship and several prices for a new roof depending on the quality of materials that would be included in the pricing.

I used Mr Roof from cincinnati! Doug, Ryan and Salvador and his crew have done such a marvelous job on my home! I am very well pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone who asked! They came in February 14th in the morning left in the evening when it got dark . came back February 15th finished the job which was a difficult one I thought anyway. Steep roof with multiple jut outs. They’re clean up afterwards was fantastic! They used magnets to pick up the nails and everything was cleaned up more than what I had had expected. I even had some debris in the yard they cleaned up along with everything else. I give them an a+ and 100%. My name is Mike Marr. They were very careful not to damage the two trellises out front. Or the pond. Thank you gentlemen you did great.

Mr. Eric was punctual for the appointment. He did a whole (top) of the roof with pictures from his drone:) It was really really cool! He did a presentation of the company customer service which was awesome! He listened and answered all my questions with curiosity and professionalism. Kevin from Mr. Roof was great when it came time to use our warranty for the first time! Came out within hours of our initial call to inspect what needed repaired, and then came back the next day to quickly repair the ripped shingle, and looked over the rest of the roof to make sure everything was in great shape. Warranty is already well worth having, especially considering how much wind we’ve had lately!
